EVALUATIONS 2018/19 INDOOR

Welcome to SWU Evaluations for the 2018/19 Indoor season.

Evaluation Scheduling

Our evaluation schedule is subject to change so please keep up to date with this page for the most updated PDF Schedule.

On this page by the Schedule Download button, there is an age group chart to compare to make sure your age group is understood by Year-of-Birth.

 

Check In

Our check in desk will open 30 minutes prior to your evaluation. We recommend that all players arrive early for preparation & warm-up.

 

What to Wear | What to Bring

Outdoor cleats are necessary for either Outdoor and Indoor evaluations. Our SWUCTR has state of the art turf, suitable for outdoor wear. Shin pads and socks also must be worn and hydration is necessary for all players, so please bring your own water bottle.

Please do not evaluate in a SWU club provided jersey. Training tops / t-shirts only.

 

Weather / Location Change

Please note that some of our evaluations will be held outdoors. Those dates are: Sept 15th & Sept 16th. If bad weather is in the forecast and looks to affect our outdoor evaluations, the evaluations scheduled on those days will be moved to our indoor facility.

On these dates, our FIELD STATUS on our website will be updated by 8:00AM and if the status ‘CLOSED‘, they will be held Indoors. If the FIELD STATUS status is ‘OPEN‘, the evaluations will run outdoors as planned.

We will send an email to all members affected if we have to change our schedule.

Weather appropriate wear for the Outdoor evaluations is also necessary.

 

Lost & Found

We will hold all lost & found items in the lounge area of our SWUCTR for 15 days. Left over items will be donated to good will after that time so please check for lost items regularly.

 

FREE Gear Exchange

Our exchange program continues to run at our SWUCTR. We are always accepting gently used cleats and basic soccer necessity gear. Our office is located inside our facility so feel free to come by during hours of daily operation.

SWU ACADEMY Continuations

Please note the following information in regards to the schedule for our Academy and it’s operation during evaluations:

– U11 – U19 Fall Academy will continue to run at Andrew Sibbald Fields as of Sept 4th – Oct 4th

– U9 – U10 Fall Academy will run Sept 7th, 14th, 21, 28 at Andrew Sibbald Field

– There will be NO ACADEMY training on Sept 15th and Sept 16th

– Academy training will resume on Sept 17th. New players to SWU and other prospects may be invited to attend certain sessions and notified by 4pm – Sept 17th with details for which academy group they will be paired with. Please note: Academy placement grouping does NOT determine final placement on teams. Evaluations in October will resume once our evaluation process has completed.
